Hello!
At the beginning of May we had a weekend in Hobart. We flew from Queensland to Sydney, then to Hobart and on the way back via Melbourne so visited a few different states in a short time.
Here's some photos from before the Easter school holidays back in April:

Visiting MONA. I wasn't sure what to expect from the Museum of Old and New Art, having heard contrasting views from people. It turned out to be a highlight of our trip. The children were interested in all of it. My favourite part was a room behind green curtains which housed two Picasso paintings and a giant gherkin sofa. Evie's favourite part was an ancient Egyptian mummy in a room with stepping stones to reach an MRI scan of the internal structure of the body. There was also a library full of blank books, and a gut machine that smelt very bad! Outside MONA there was live music playing while we ate some lunch and there was a great play park.
