Hunting for thunder eggs and spotting a koala

Hello! It's the school holidays yay. Would you like to see what we have been doing so far?

Camping at Tamborine Mountain:

Skywalk through the rainforest:

A pitta (the bird not the bread):

Rainbow lorikeets at our campsite:

Learning how to play mini golf:

Fossicking for thunder eggs:

Eating out in Tamborine Mountain:

There was a scarecrow trail at Tamborine Mountain the weekend we were visiting. Some of the scarecrows were a bit scarier than the Marshfield versions!

View of the Gold Coast:

Visiting the Fortitude Brewery:

Cedar Creek Falls:

Back home this week, we've been to a couple of play parks and finding crabs at the beach:

Isla and Evie found some animals to cuddle at Eumundi markets:

We've all been in the pool for the first time, now it is at 25 degrees:

Today we had a very lucky day indeed. First of all we found a car parking space at Noosa National Park, which is almost unheard of during the NSW school holidays, and then we saw a wild koala while we were walking at the the National Park! Can you spot it in the middle of the photo snuggling up to the crook of a branch:

Wow! You made it to the end! Here is an extra lorikeet as a reward:
